Received my IPhone 13 Pro Max, packaged well the same you would find as an apple box just without the logo, had the phone in a bubble wrap sleeve. The phone was described as “good” condition. I feel that it is an accurate description of the phone I received. I haven’t tested everything out but so far so good. The battery was promised 80% and it is 86%. Set up was easy, it appears that it was completely reset before my purchase. Seller had been responsive to questions even before purchasing. A+

Shipping was quick, it took 3 days to get to me. My battery life was 86. Besides the battery, my phone was in pretty good condition for it to be considered “good”. The only problems are that around the camera bezels were dirty. However, it wasn’t that bad to clean. There was also 2 very very light scratches that you could only see if you looked for it. I have used my phone for a couple days now and it works good! No problems with it!

Item was as described - excellent condition! Looks brand new and no issues.Only challenge was with shipping, which isn't necessarily seller's fault. UPS was supposed to deliver in 3 days, but took twice as long. Seller was open to helping when it seemed temporarily that the package may have gotten lost. Overall would buy again from this seller!
